500ml Water or Skim Milk
1/2 - 1 cup of oats
1 banana
1 tbsn honey
4 egg whites + 2 whole eggs (or 50gms whey powder)
200gms plain low fat yoghurt
1 tbspn physillium husks (optional)
2 tbspns peanut butter
