Hey everyone
So I've been training for about 4 years. Made some decent gains and slowly gettin there. My problem is with alcohol tho.
I pretty much stopped drinking , havin a couple drinks here and there. I was ok with it cause I had a gf and could stay away from clubbing.
But my gf just broke up with me. I wanna go out but its hard for me sober.
How do u guys balance it? I've mentally screwed myself because I drink and stress about training but at the same time I'm not gonna meet girls sober in a club
