Got it. That confused the hell out of me because I saw the box in the listing and thought they just had a bigger size.

BTW Jay thanks for reacting so positively to my feedback. I should've mentioned there were lots of things I *did* like about your site - the cart function was great, it was easy to navigate, etc. So there were some good things about your site, it's quite good

I edited my post after you read it, Jay, but I just wanted to draw your attention to the fact that your site is actually good. hope you don't mind all the picky things I bring up - my day job is to look for holes in people's work so I'm quite used to focusing on the detail instead of the big picture!!

Here's another thing for you to consider

Let's say I visit your store. I'm looking for glutamine. I could access it via the "Product Category" dropdown box, which gives 2 results. However because I'm in a rush I decide to search for glutamine.

It then brings up 29 results, among which the 2 "correct" ones are buried - the other 27 are random things.

Most importantly, however, the "Product Cateogry" dropdown box is gone, it's been replaced by "News" and other stuff that isn't specific to the store. So if I'm still looking for glutamine, I have to sift through the 29 results to find it...

Thanks Katie. Okay I've just implemented some changes to the store after considering your feedback, juggling all the numbers and sifting through all the PHP code!!

1. Free shipping is for over $300
2. $2 shipping in Sydney Metro for orders over $140
3. Flat rate of $9.90 for all other orders

I revised the price on the Elite Whey, thanks for pointing that out.

Still the 3% rewards system in place.

Also, I'm most interested in the "negative" feedback rather than the positive. So you hit the nail on the head with that info.

And thanks for that info on the search. Good point there, I will look into this.

That was a really good point raised in the store search which we have had updated. So now the store section of the website remains in tact when searching from the store. Thanks for pointing that one out.

I'm going to have to get our programmers to take a look at the search algorithm to improve the relevance of results displayed.

Also the "savings" on the Dymatize shakers are actually -1 cent. That's the first time I ever saw something on sale being more expensive!

links to the index. One would assume that by clicking on that you would be taken to your policy page for the money back guarantee? Just a thought.

Also, there is a * next to the statement that you will match any other online price, shouldn't where is the * stating the conditions of that?

Also, can you do deals for minor bulk orders? Say if I were to buy 4 packs of SuperPump250?

With the money back guarantee, yeah there's a little info on the main page just saying to post it back to us and we will refund the money if the product isn't up to scratch. However this may be improved by having a dedicated page so thanks for that suggestion.

With the price matching, on the left column there is a "terms and conditions apply". Full terms are in the "conditions of use". Basically all your standard price matching terms - must be in stock, identical product, legitimate company, another australian company etc. Also that with price matching you don't get the 3% rewards.

For minor bulk orders, we have standard rewards in place such as:

$200+ - free tape measure
$250+ - also free calipers
$300+ - also free shipping
