OK - I finally made the purchase this morning. More comments:

I ordered > $300 worth of stuff and was surprised to find 3 options for shipping at the checkout page - surely the option to select the more expensive shipping should be taken away when ordering > $300 worth of products (since the default should be $0.00 shipping)

Free Shipping $0.00
Flat Rate $9.90

Sydney Metro Delivery $2.00

2nd comment: my AMEX card was rejected. This is despite the text on your store homepage saying "all major credit cards accepted". I think you need to be clearer here. I hope my order didn't double-up because of this, Jay! I put in the AMEX and it failed so I switched to VISA.

With the shipping modules, yep this is a tricky one but we are trying to work on it. It's the way that the website is coded that makes this a nightmare to fix, but it does calculate everything accurately. Excuses, excuses! That is really good feedback though and something we do need to get around. You're actually the first person to bring that up, but I'm glad you did because I'm sure that this could cause confusion.

Good point about the AMEX! I am going to update that right now - we only accept VISA and MC.

oh and Katie, no, your order didn't double up. You just paid the one time which I just double checked for you. We have various measures in place to avoid any double-payment.

Fixed. Now, if you order more than $300, you won't have to choose an option, it will automatically be assigned with free shipping. Much better - thanks Katie!

Just wanted to let people know that I ordered this morning and by 2pm my products were already with me! Good stuff.

I must say, I've been very impressed at Jay's quick response to the store feedback. Especially at adjusting the prices to meet his competitors'.

More store feedback: any chance of stocking protein bars?

I would definitely buy some if they were for a good price

if you were able to stock Atkins type protein bars, it'd be great! It's pretty frustrating the only way i can buy them is in coles &/or woolworths. if i had a location online, where i could buy them at a reasonable price, i'd be sold

Aussie Bodies Choc mint is pretty good. VitaminKing sell these. Aussie bodies also have a low carb one, I've ordered a free sample from here Try an Aussie Bodies Protein FX Lo Carb bar for free - OzBargain if anyone is interested.
