Hey Guys & Girls

You may have noticed that we are doing a bit of advertising on this site for the online supplement store at www.aminoz.com.au/online-supplement-store.html

Anyway, I was wondering if you had any feedback on the store. Anything - prices, shipping, layout, rewards system, product range etc. Would you buy or wouldn't you buy and why?

Obviously we want to improve the store to deliver the best value possible, so I'll be very happy to take on board any feedback. Thanks!

yea good job on the site.. easy to navigate.
You might need to test the Search a bit more. It doesn't seem to output accurate results.

i don't buy from australian sites because US sites are cheaper (inc postage). If I was a bit richer, I would support Aus sites but my Team Leader hasn't given me an adequate pay rise.

Yep, the search is a real issue which we do need to have looked at. It relies on a really old algorithm and is frustrating beyond belief!

Anyway, glad the site is easy to navigate, we just underwent a massive website redevelopment earlier in the year which has been well received.

Did I see you in a magazine 3 or 4 years back. The name sounds familiar. Some sort of 12 week challenge or similar? If it wasn't you sorry, it must ahve been another "Jay".

I'm pretty sure it was Jay, he said somewhere else on these forums that he was a BodyBlitz (12 week challenge program) champion.

Re: store feedback.
I'm not a huge fan of the rewards program. I would rather buy from a store that has lower prices than you (eg. VitaminKing.com.au)

Example: Dymatize 2.27kg.
$76 at VitaminKing
$79.70 at your store. Sure, you get about $3 in rewards, but I'd rather just get it from VitaminKing as the savings go in my pocket straight away

Also I couldn't find any info re: shipping except for free shipping over $500. I had to put in my delivery address etc. before I could view that info. Could you please make the shipping info more transparent? Eg. with VitaminKing they advertise quite prominently that it's $5.50 for sydney metro - another reason I'm more inclined to buy from them because it's such a low shipping price.

That said, you do stock the Dymatize Elite Natural Whey, haven't found too many places that stocks the Natural one.

Also free shipping for buying over $500 worth of stuff isn't worth much as a deal, because how many of us buy over $500 worth of things in one go?

For example Supplements Plus has free shipping for orders over $150 which I thought was quite reasonable.

I've been looking into buying some Dymatize PP and Glutamine. Mostly I pick a store based on price. I'm afraid VitaminKing and SupplementsPlus both pip Aminoz in that respect (bear in mind I am in Sydney metro)

Shipping cost: Yep $9.90 store wide, I will make this more transparent I think that's a good idea.

Rewards system: Appreciate the feedback on that.

Free shipping: This is something I have been considering revising actually. It's been this way for a while but might need a bit of an update. I'm going to have a good hard think about this today.

I'll also check out those prices that you considered.

If you haven't made your order yet, wait a couple of hours and I'm pretty sure we can compete in this regard.
