I like to superdose any supps I have as long as a high dose wont harm me.
Better to have too much and let your body get rid of the excess than to not have enough and not take advantage of the gains. So yes go nuts on you're glutamine and creatine. It wont do you any harm.

ANything can harm the liver in excess. Stick with 5-10gms, also drink plenty of water while taking creatine.
