Personally, I don't, you build up a tolerance to the stuff fairly easily, example I have only been taking it for 6 weeks now, and in 6 weeks to have the same effect, I have had to double my serving sizes, so your best to just save it for your weight sessions only.

I believe you will find the general concensus on here is that preworkouts with caffeine are not good for anything.
I think noobs did a thread on caffeine if you want to check it out. Fadi is against it also, with a bunch of justification in another thread. That said, I don't think many people like traditional cardio either...but I think they are a little more forgiving on that ![]() If you want some awesome cardio, join the 100 burpee comp in the general section

READ THE LABEL. Then have sufficient time off so tolerance is not assumed.
