Lol I think this thread is true in that you can't beat real foods but it's not easy to get home from a workout and cook up a nice steak and veggies in less than 30 minutes. It takes about 1 minute to make and drink a shake immediately after working out.
With that being said, I'm definitely sticking to Aussie and NZ made protein and not falling for the USA proteins hype and bullshit marketing attempts. |

Great looking website, but to date there hasn't been any scientific proof that smaller peptides or hydrolsates absorb faster than WPI. Yet that guy claims that the smaller the peptides, the faster they absorb..
