Default Hydrolysed Protein vs EEA's

What is the difference between hydrolysed protein (say di / tri-peptide lengths) and Essential Amino Acids? Are EEA's just individual amino acids, which being smaller would theoretically "make them absorb faster".

More information please

Well a hydrolised protein/peptide is a protein that has been somewhat broken down.

A protein is a complex structureof amino acids that folds onto itself. Hydrolised protein has sort of been "unwraveled" from its structure.

THe strands that form the structure of protein are individual amino acids.

EAA are basically just single amino acids. THe hydrolised protein is an unwrapped protein.

I believe EAA's are cheaper so go with that... and it does not need ot be broken down at all to be digested and absorbed/

So whats all the hype about hydrolysed proteins then? If WPI is the complete perfect source and EEA's are the single amino acids why is there a need to have an in-between (hydrolysed)?

Also price is not an issue, what do you recommend is worth getting?
