Hi all,
I have been looking on the site for a while now and have not come across a thread that shows the best time to have what supplements. I also have a question on what sort of supplements should i be having? I am new to full time weights training, and am looking to start with getting lean mass, then going on to further muscle bulk. I currently only use a multi-vitamin in the morning and at night and am using muscletech hydroxycut to get rid of excess fat, and protein as a meal replacement and after training. Im not too sure what else you need to know, so yeah, thanks. |

Don't take hyroxycut, if your trying to put on muscle and using a thermogenic at the same time...your gonna be burning calories which you need for growth. Leave that for later if at all. Post a diet and training regime for comment before you think about supplements.
The Key word being supplement, it's there to 'supplement' your diet. Which should already be in check.

You dont need a meal repalcement after training you need a meal within 30 min as well as the shake.
Post diet and training in the journal section.
