It says not to consume caffeine while taking creatine, but M&F recommends in most articles on supplements creatine and green tea.
I am pretty sure green tea contains caffeine. Does anyone know if green tea consumption affects the benfits in consuming creatine? |

I currently drink 3 - 4 cups of green tea a day, and take creatien prior to my workouts. no issues noticed from my end.
It is said that while green tea is high in caffeine it alos contains a chemical that actually blocks the effects of the caffine, which is why you dont get the rush or energy as you do from coffee or black tea. |
