I think he's meant to look upset because he didn't do the things in the right order.
A picture of a weedy guy looking upset may have been more appropriate. On a side note that frog picture is great haha.

Sorry about that. it's more like this:
Workout, PWO, shower, eat, relax (the last image may have been out of place here since Lee looks huge in it)! PS: Although the sauna followed by a cool/cold dip helps with recovery as the Russians have found (but who's got the time)?! Who invented the sauna? | Special News Fadi.
