Thanks for all the replys guys, and yes PTC i have read alot of what is on the forums here, because I like to know everything about what I'm doing. And i'll continue to do so. And yes guys i have changed up my workout, increasing the compound exercises and decreasing the volume. Already I have noticed a change in my soreness/I have been sleeping and eating like crazy (more than I usually do). So hopefully that is a good sign. I'm making sure to eat my 3k calories a day as well. Cheers guys.
Gareer. P.S - I'm completely aware that I wont look like Frank Zane but everyone has dreams and motivation. He is mine, and I'm reaching for the stars, i think everyone has one of those dreams. |

FYI frank zane was possibly not 'lean' all year around. His fantastic genetics which gave him that 'classic physique' look.

Agreed, it also highly likely if not certain that there was some steroid use, but on a completely minor scale compared to today. And genetically speaking I dont know if mine are like his but theres no harm in reaching my maximum potential or reaching a phsyique similar to his.
