Building muscle takes so long! I train a lot and hard but it takes forever, it seems I just can’t do it. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to build muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

stop bitching stick to one routine. dont let friends come between you and your training. change your lifestyle to suit BODYBUILDING and stop going out on weekends.
eat more, sleep well n train. <-- this is ur LIFE .. love it or hate it.. deres no in betweens!!!!! u will gain muscle! read some articles here.. thats all u need. |

My first post here too. But I'll take a stab.
Your question is very general without anyone here knowing what you are doing with your training. If you post what you're doing, how long etc maybe some advice can be offered. And see where you are at with your knowledge. But I would say first thing you must do is to realise that building a body takes time. It isn't some 6 week project you do over summer. |
