Default Looking for flat bench

Somewhere between 20-30cm wide, 120-130cm long.

Must be very heavy duty (either locally welded or ex commercial) in either while or chrome. I don't care if its been brutalized or the seat is ripped, as long as its structurely solid.

Will pay $50-100 with a max of $150. Postage can be arranged, but I'd prefer a newcastle seller.

You could save another $100 and get the muscle motion one from gymdirect.

Commercial flat bench

thanks mate,

it and the ironmaster are my favourite benches on the market, but I'd rather a smashed up one.

For cost reasons or otherwise? Don't like new stuff?

Just had a look at the ironmaster, very nice.

Dumb as it sounds aesthetics.

I have a beaten up old power rack which I had sand blasted and galvanized. I don't really want to use a meticulous commercial bench with it.

The ironmaster bench along with the powertec rack is one of the nicest pieces of home equipment around, and at 110x25cm it has a very small footprint.
