May I make a suggestion here please? Since you're just starting, why not get proficient in lifting Bryan before you begin lifting dead weights! So instead of bench press, how about some really effective push-ups? Instead of lat pulldowns, how about some chin ups? Instead of triceps extensions, how about some dips between a couch/bench and a chair (for example)? Instead of b/bell curls, how about close grip palm facing you chin ups? Legs: attach a back pack onto your body and do one leg box step ups and some walking/pausing lunges as well. How about holding in a plank position for a real abdominal workout. Yes, you can do crunches as well if you wish. You may like to have a look at this while we're at it, just so you can see what could be achieved by just lifting Bryan up through space: http://ausbb.com/bodybuilding-traini...ogram-1-a.html Fadi.

Well with chin ups, just jump up onto the bar and slowly let yourself down, then later you should be able to do pull ups/chins up. Well i got a bench and some weights im dying to get rid off, been meaning to buy new weights.

Inverted rows are a good way of working towards full chinups. Just keep varying the angle at which you're doing the inverted row...
