Default Working out with a cold

Hey girls!
Just wondering if it's ok to work out when you have a cold. I have heard different things..
right now I have a stuffed up nose and other than that I feel normal

Default Working out with a cold

I've read that as long as you don't have a fever, working out with a cold is ok. I just wouldn't overdo it; you don't want to compromise your recovery time. Just a little light cardio would probably be beneficial.

As long as it's just a cold your fine to continue with your workouts just lighten it up a bit.
