7:00am - small bowl of oats with whey protien powder & skim milk
10:30 - 11am - Chicken Breast + salad (Think subway) 2:00pm - Same as 11am as I buy enough for two meals. 5:30pm - Protien shake before work out 8:30pm - Protien shake after work out 9:30pm - Steak/salmon + veggies (This is the most out there meal most days cause I have rice and white rice some days.) 11:00pm - bed time. Although I should say that my eating could improve heaps. Weekends are the WORST for me. Especially when friends invite for dinner. Also I only get 3 meals if at all during this period; and I believe this makes the weeks worth of hard work - Null and void. Thanks Devante. P.S. Opinion's/comments welcome of course.
