here are the rest of my times so far
35:44 35:42 36:47 this was a very hot and humid day. I felt like i was going to collapse actually. 34:59 PB! Next week is last week. I am doing some hill climbs, sprinting, short distance at a higher pace to get ready smash the 34 minute mark

A bunch of people at work are i dont like to mix work with exercises it never ends well for me.
