What are some ridicolous stuff have u done at the gym for shits and giggles..?
Ive in the past pressed only the bar and had 2 of my gym mate regulars (all units 100kgs plus) spotting me on either side while i puffed/groaned and moaned for a few reps even getting em to yell ONE MORE GIVE ME ONE MORE!! then did the same on the leg press.. Was a pissa seeing some of the new guys reactions who just started training WTF!! Yelling out favourite ronniecoleman qoutes to your training mates in between sets.. me - "nothing but a peanut" as i exhaled on bicep curls partner - "yeaaaah buddy" back and forth for the set.. mind you these new "fitness gyms dont seem to like this kind of mentality" so we have been told to keep it down a bit..

i had a mate spotting me doing a 10kg bb curl once with him telling me it was nothin' but a peanut

Watching a mate grunt and groan whilst doing MP with the bar (he grunts groans and strains like no one else, even with minimal weight). I walk in, grab my water bottle, struggle, grunt, groan etc to bring it too my lips, take a sip, and let out a massive sigh whilst lowering the water bottle. Needless to say he pissed himself laughing, dropped the bar, took a step back and tripped over his own feet, as I walk away wiping my brow and puffing...

HAHAHA Ronnie Coleman quotes are the best!! Cos where I go its a "fitness" gym, 3/4 of the people dont get it but all the others either chuckle or join in os they know whats up hahaha can only do it during the day though, cos at night its packed and the boss gets upset when people start yelling and talking in squeeky voices lol
