ha have old boss.s mobile phone alloxated to me. Qwetty keyboard on nokia e71 is awfuk. can.t find apostrophe and this pains me. BuT surfs the web woohoo

I think I'll stick with a normal keyboard -- don't know how people with man-sized fingers bash out messages on such a stupidly-formed keypad because I have small fingers and struggle.

PTs can do what I call "nutritional first aid". In regular first aid, you're not making them healthy, you're just stopping them dying in the next five minutes, or stopping their condition getting worse, until you can pass them on to someone who can make them healthy.
Likewise with nutritional first aid, you're not making them healthy, you're just pointing out the things that are likely to kill them or stop them training well. I am happy to pass them onto nutritionists and dieticians. None have wanted a referral yet. "I know exactly what I'm doing," they say. It's not always a bad thing to lose a client.
