ok guys moderation is the key.. its best to eat EVERY ANIMAL
i go through all the meats in one day LOL breaky - eggs lunch - chicken afternoon tea - tuna dinner - steak slam thaaaat shit down i say!!!

It's average really when you consider it's $30 for a 300gram steak at a nice restaurant.
