Default Check out the biggest family home in the free world

Quote:
"Without a doubt, this is the largest single family home built in America," said Ms Barrett, who in charge of selling the 13 bedroom, 23 bathroom masterpiece-in-the-making.
The palace was supposed to be the new home of Jacqueline Siegel, and her husband David, time-share mogul and owner of Westgate Resorts, but Mrs Siegel said it was being put up for sale so the couple could "keep the money in the company."

Other property highlights include a baseball field, two tennis courts, and a pool bigger than most single family homes, a bowling alley and a roller-skating rink. The property also has a 20-car garage.
There are also plans for two elevators, two movie theatres, ten kitchens, a bowling alley, a video arcade and an entire children's wing.
The property has an asking price of US$100 million ($111 million).

One thing I don't get is why you would have 23 bathrooms for a 13 bedroom house.

Same thing happens locally with some houses.
Many times I've seen homes listed as 3 bedroom + 5 bathroom, 4 bedroom + 6 bathroom.
Why would you need so many bathrooms?

I can't understand it.

I like to use a fresh toilet every time I go so I have about 10 in my house for my wife and myself. That way I get to use one and move on and they get cleaned by the next day and the cycle starts again.

It probably depends on how many women are going to be in the house, we have 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and 2 women let me tell you, its a hard task to get my 1 minute i need in there daily to brush my teeth. It seems my 13 year old daughter is in there constantly staring at herself.

I keep reading this thread title as "Check out the biggest family in the world" - expecting to see 2 mobidly obese parents and brood of equally as obese kids. It's like the third time I've clicked on it lol
