sure we live out west but will travel for good steak..

No chips/carbs for shrek his cutting up. trying to see if he can locate his abs after so many years bulking. Ive given up and eaten it all. The abs are there somewhere hiding.

The roadtrip to PTC sounds cool... it's an Anabolic Roadtrip obviously, so it's different to the usual.

nope not yet.. work commitments got in the way.. will have to soon i think.. That and we both gotta get our deads above 180kgs or PTC i believe would just laugh at us both.
