when answering this question what is the most accurate answer; is it:
1. the most you can lift in 1 or 2 reps or 2. what you normally lift during a typical workout ????

Only 14 year olds ask that question for bragging rights.
But I suppose if you had to, it's for 1RM (how much you do one rep of). If most people ask me I tell them to grow up, but if they're asking in relation to training I'll tell them the weight and reps

Knowing how much you can bench doesnt really tell you much.

1. None of your effing beeswax
2. Is it a competition? (say it sarcastically for effect) 3. 10kg`s more than the person asking you and watch them slink away 4. If it is a legit question from a training partner of PT ask them which one they mean. Pretty simple really. |
