I believe Kindred has begun counselling sessions with Mr Iron.
Not much good for clinical depression, but pretty good for ordinary human misery.

Was interstate for work recently and visited a gym. First thing I saw when I walked in was a guy doing rapid-fire bounce crunches on a swiss ball. He must have been doing them at a rate of 3 "crunches" per second. Zero resistance, plenty of momentum, and plenty of bouncy-wouncy stuff going on.
My young son would have asked me for $2 for a ride of the thing if he was with me, it looked like so much fun, lol. I wanted to video it. I'm not used to the gym scene as I normally work out at home, but geez this was an eye opener. I couldn't figure out what he thought he was achieving.

Ok so i was thinking about my question and it occurs to me that there must be an Australian Standard for how much load a floor cant take because it is a safety issue. They have a standard in the USA but I cant find the one for Australia. If there are any carpenters what would the Australian standard number be?

I hope you're not waiting for a punchline lol. I'm just saying he calls everyone brother.
Also, do you always answer a question with a question? I have a feeling about the type of response I'll get.
