Today a client asked if we were going to do situps next.

Situps.

SITUPS.

Bloody hell, next they'll be asking to do bicep curls, and asking me how many grams of branched chain amino acids they should take after a workout.

Oy vey, what a stressful job.

It didn't sound appetising but I'm at the stage of being messed about that I'd take dirt or warm piss flavours and be content!

*laughs* but hopefully clients like Danco who inspired such a thoughtful post from you in his training diary make it all worthwhile .

Well, boys and girls, I had a vision (a vision!) of making a fish stew with tuna and salmon and late summer/early autumn vegetables in a light tomato-based broth. And I had already written the recipe in my head and was confident I was going to post the photos of the visionary meal here and paste it in my recipe book.

Something happened between idea and execution and I ended up with six litres of stinking vile slurry that not even my dogs wanted to eat (they eat cat poo for god's sake!). There will be no photos and no recipe. I picked some fish and vegetables out and rinsed them with water to rescue what I could for dinner.

Anyone else have cooking disasters?

I once put off milk on my coco pops. I had to throw the entire bowl out. Damn people and not throwing out off milk.

Dr's are ****ing idiots..

I just went to pick up some mroe tests the dr said my bad LDL was due to diet and not enough exercise..

I told him that wasnt true then he acused me of steroid abuse as a reason for it..

I stated no Low tetsosterone causes high LDL and i was suffering from that due to effexor ****ing P450 enzyme in my liver causing estrogen dominance leading to excess fat and it not budging no matter what, he told me estrogen and testosterone had nothing to do with my abdominal fat.. He told me my freetestosterone was fine and within range. It is 25.2 the range is 25-150

Im glad im 0.2 within the range that makes me feel better.

Range is made up of about 80% of ALL tests not age brackets so 80 year olds getting testosterone tested effect the results..

This country is so ****ing backwards when it comes to proper health and correct hormone balance its a ****ing joke..

Oh im seeing numerously people..

But im just sick of retards for example the ENDO wont see me till i get my mri done. and that is in 2 months i dont have a ****ing brian tumour my prolactin level is fine!!!

effexor effects p450 enzyme in the liver same al alcohol does.. that is what is responsible for metabolising estrogen.. excess estrogen blocks t receptors so causes low t. **** i only went to year 10 and i can figure it out how come these cock heads cant.. I started arimidex 0.25mg a day and i feel fantastic. Funny what happens when you arnt estrogren loggged..
