I agree 100% that you should seek medical advice, but as for other exercises have you tried push ups? (quite possibly weighted) the soreness may be because your laying on your back? if your on ur front does it do the same thing? (just trying to fault find, im a mechanic / PT to be lol)

Same thing is happening to me but not doing benchpresses it's always while doing chinups its happened in my last 3sessions don't know why .I'll do like 15 or 20 chinups and towards the end of the reps I get this sharp pain in the back of my head almost like a cramp or somthing then a headache.

makes sure your not turning your head to the left or right while doing chins. and mabey because you can do so many with ease....try doing lower reps like 8 with a weighted plate or dumbell.
