ok guys.....the back of my head still throbs out of control while benching. anything up to 60kg is fine anything after that ouch!!
ok breathing , diet, form ect all fine. even went to the physioand apart from being a bit tensenothing seems to be the problem. every other lift no probs at all, just bench!! any ideas?? im about at my witts end. brings me to my next question....what other lift can i do to compensate for not being able to lift heavier bench??? cheers |

Just go and see the GP! I might close this thread until you do... incentive enough?
Seeing a GP is no substitute for vague internet advice.

Because it only happens while benching, maybe your bench is too hard.
