I wonder if the difference between my leg lengths was also the cause of my lower back pain the past?

Kyle Aaron,

Is spot on. My left knee is the same!

I had about 10 sessions with the Physio
to corret it somewhat. I still have the
pain after squatting session or when
running.

See a physio mate.

I find there's no pain if I'm taped during the exercise. I mean, that's the purpose of the taping - the patella is grinding against something, damaging and inflaming it, the taping moves the patella to where it should be. It's like if you're got a sprained wrist, you shouldn't lie on it when you sleep.

Who would be the specialist to see, and would would the charge be approx?
Have the same problem in the left knee. My doctor said it was air in the knee near the patella. Apparently nothing serious.

Add some lunges and single leg squats to your workouts will help strengthen the vastus medialis due to having to stabilize the knee for each lift. Bit more functional for you so you can add them to your workouts.

I have patella tendonitus in both knees, as well as oschgoodschlatis (i have no idea how to spell it),it would leave me immobile for hours at a time, i went and saw a physio who gave me all these gay excercises and stretches to do, i toiled with them for a few months, threw them in the bin, started squatting, lunging, deadlifting, etc. etc. i now have no knee pain or inflammation at all. The bumps are still there though, chicks dig them.
