Woke up yesterday morning with a blocked and runny hose, and a minor headache.
Same thing this morning. I am due to train tonight, should I proceed or wait it out? Anyone have any fantastic remedies?

Head cold yep.
Chest cold nup. A bowl of water from the kettle with a few drops of eucalyptus. Place a towel over your head and bowel, it is very good. Keep warm at night and sleep. And wash your hands regularly. Posted via Mobile Device

Dont do anything to increase cortisol i.e hit or heavy training, instead do some star jumps or something...
Basiacally you want movement as this stimulates your lymphatic system.. A teaspoon of vitamin c also wouldnt go astray :P

It always pays to be tuned to the right transmitting station; you never know when your body decides to speak to you.
