Training experience - Gymming since 28/09/09. Knowing what i was doing (compound lifts) since 2 months ago. Currently strength training, hope to enter first PL competition next year in the 100kg class.

1RM's

Squat- 155kg
Bench- 105kg
Dead- 170kg
Press- 73kg
PC- 90kg

Weight- 98kg
Height- 183cm

Rate of progression is currently 2.5kg for squats (7.5kg/w), 2.5kg for bench (2.5/5kg/w), 5kg for dead (5/10kg/w), 1.25kg for press (1.25/2.5kg/w) and 2.5kg/w for PC.

Occupation: 2nd year applied science student

Training Experiences: on and off, around 4-6 months, only been back at it 8 weeks.

Interests: Sport, food, lifting weights

Current Weight: 88kg

Height: 174cm

Goals: compete at state raw powerlifting titles and qaulify for the nationals. Goals for 2010: 200kg raw squat, 240kg deadlift, 135kg overhead, 135kg bench and 125kg clean.
Progress:
as of 20/3/2010

squats: 150X5, 160X3,165X2,170X1
deadlift: 180X3, 195X1
bench: 102.5X3, 110X1 (close grip)
press: 110kg Jerk (Max is around 120, but i cant drop bars at my gym)
chinups: 3,3,3
Clean: 100 (thats my clean and jerk PB, havnt gone any heavier).

Which comp you looking at doing mate? CAPO? IPF?
