He's going OK, he's put on 10kg's another 10 and he'll be doing great. Arms/shoulder's look ok but chest needs a bit of work and I can't see back or legs.

This was taken last Oct after afew weeks back from lengthy break. the problem for me is maintaing consistency. A good few months then a bad few months.

I haven't measured my arms for a while. I was about 100kg there and I'm 182cm's tall.

Wow that's a powerful weight. You're about my height too. How many years of training did it take you to get that far? Are you left handed?

Measure them now Shrek, looking like big arms in that pic, I'd say 18 inches with a hard flex.

I'm struggling my ass off to reach 16 inches at 183cm tall and just over 90kg now.
At 100kg I'd be lucky to have 16 1/2 inch arms.

No I'm right handed, that's why i operated camera with right.

I've been training since 1991 but I had some lengthy breaks in between.

I'm 39.5cm atm flex raw. Same weight as you. Keep in mind I'm only 18 :P What weight are you at now?

yeah but I've been training much longer than you. beleive me I was stuck at 16" for a long time too, many years in fact.
