I've got shit chest, shit back, shit legs. I'm almost ignoring arms and just really trying to get all the other stuff better right now. I was skinny as before starting to work out. You think I'm skinny now, you should have seen me before! I'll have to try and find a pic.

I guess fat guys are used to being lazy, hence why they have gotten fat. But skinny guys are probably used to doing stuff, but just not eating right, or doing the right stuff. Would be harder to get the energy too when you are fat, because you'd be less healthy.
But really I don't know. |

Not as fat as me id imagine :P
Not sure about the no energy stuff. I have the energy it just seems that it goes quick because of the extra weight and all.

I'm 5"11 - and I used to weigh maybe 105-107kg. I consider that to be pretty fat. I'm hovering around the 90kg mark atm - I still think I'm fat, but everyone who has known me from before says I look great. Its a long haul really, I've lost and regained weight a few times, and each time was because I got lazy with cardio or diet. This time around I'm trying to put on lean mass to lose weight - ie lift heavy, eat reasonable, and then after a while I'll move on to cutting.
In fact I'll be cutting some weight soon - I've been looking for jobs and everything is really dead in my field (engineering), but the Armed forces are looking for people in my field - infact begging for people. I don't think in my current state I'd pass the physical - so I might think about cutting and hitting up the cardio - just depends how deperate I get to find new work. |
