Not sure if this will work, I can never seem to upload pics properly...
Getting quite vascular, this was no pump, non gym day. I think in 5 more kg I'll be lean enough.

ok so i posted up some pics 7 weeks agoon page 64 I think when I was 74.5kg ... this was a few weeks into cutting down for my powerlifting comp.... the next 2 sets of pics are 2 weeks ago at 71.5kg before I went down to melb and last lot which I have no leg shots are about 3 hours (4 litres of fluid and a big meal) after weigh in at about 68-69kg..

You look thick/powerful and conditioned. Dont Look the 70kgs that u make out to be (looking more like 80 plus). Keep up the good work man!!!

Amazing stuff Michael, especially knowing what you've come from. Gives me hope I can someday change my body. Even if I can get to half the stage you are at I will be very happy.
