Still sore from Wednesday. Eating heaps, never under 3000 cals, 4000 cals with 265g of protein yesterday.
Squat Bar x 10 45kg x 10 65kg x 10 65kg x 10 65kg x 10 Bench Bar x 8 30kg x 8 45kg x 8 55kg x 5 55kg x 8 55kg x 7 How can I work chest more with these? Bench just seems to hammer the back of my shoulders. Deadlift Bar x 8 40kg x 8 60kg x 8 95kg x 6 95kg x 8 95kg x 7 Military Bar x 8 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 Bent Row Bar x 8 35kg x 8 35kg x 8 35kg x 8 Curl 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 Pretty poor form on these, will stay on same weight. Felt heaps better today, got through whole workout without feeling majorly tired. Weighed 67.2kg this morning.

You've been doing stiff legged deadlifts Mike, I bend my knees a little to help keep my lower back straight which probably makes it easier. How heavy are you?

Ben,
Going gangbusters mate! The only lift that looks light in that mix now is the bentover rows. Push it to 40kg and see how you go. You're doing much the same weights as me for the rest but that one stands out as a bit light I think. Great stuff!! Those deads are good, bent legs or not... Cheers, Mike |

Will stay on this weight. Military Bar x 8 35kg x 8 35kg x 8 35kg x 8 Bent Row Bar x 8 37.5kg x 8 37.5kg x 8 37.5kg x 8 Curl 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 Eating 1080 cals mid workout is not a good idea.
