Hey, how's it going with the squat PPP this time? How do you find squatting once a week? I find I need to squat twice a week or I tend to lose "my groove". I am thinking of doing it before the end of the year but squat on another day as well.

Never tried it twice a week mate, but I couldn't see a problem providing I ate enough to recover.

Might give it a go.

I did notice squats were tougher than usual last night.

Nearly three weeks on, still got a stuffy chest and a cough.

Can't wait to get back into the gym! A bit of time off has given me heaps of motivation.
