Default eversuns Stronglift journal

Decided that being "skinny fat" is not that fun, I have decided on stronglifts 5x5.

Starting Age - 19 and 1 month
Starting Weight - 61.3kg
Height - 178cm

Goals:
Increase bodyweight to 70Kg
Squat 70kg
Bench 60kg
Deadlift 70kg
OHP 50kg

Completed
Failed
Completed each set to failure

Week 1
Bodyweight= 61.3Kg - 11.6%

Workout #1A
Thursday 18th March 2010

Squat 5x5 40kg These were surprisingly hard. I am going to be sore tomorrow.
Benchpress 5x5 40kg This was also hard, will probably struggle to get it back to 52.5kg
Inverted Rows 3xF (5, 5, 5) These were hard, going to swap to barbell rows next week.
Dips 3x5 These were hard, I am amazed I could do these with 15kg on my back 2 months ago.
Reverse Crunch 3x12 Hard.

Time to keep the motivation and crush my past PBs!

Edit: Did the program for 4 months last year and have had 2 months off.

my weight got up to 67kg
and I was able to:

Squat: 75kg 5 x 5
Bench 52.5kg
Deadlift 60kg
OHP 40kg

hey eversuns stay consistent and eat and you will smash your goals very quickly. at 70kg you will easily double all your goals you have.

Cheers man, really gotta watch the food, being at uni every day makes it difficult to get decent meals at lunch.

Going to make all of my lunch at the beginning of the week and freeze it I think.

Also taking fish oil and 2 scoops of whey post workout.

All the best, eversuns. Businesses running canteens and food outlets will never invest in your health like you will, so one of the best things you can do for yourself is buy some good containers and chillers and plan your meals.

How'd the session go?

If you're stuck for food at uni, try finding a woolies/coles/charcoal chicken shop and get half a roast chicken
