Wednesday 25th January @ MTS

Squats
20kg x8
60kg x5
100kg x3
120kg x1
132.5kg x1
142.5kg 3x5 << PB



weight felt light. second set was uglier, bar was moving around.

GHR
3x8

Bench
20kg x8
60kg x5
72.5kg x2
82.5kg 3x3 << PB

benching felt good.

saturday 28th january @ MTS

deadlift
70kg x5
110kg x3
140g x1
155kg x1
170kg 3x5 << PB? lol

4rth and 5th reps on each set i felt like i was going to vomit. (will post vid soon)

bench
20kg x8
60kg 3x5 pausing the last rep on each set

squat
25kg x8
65kg x5
85kg 2x5

went to pro raw 3. watched the benching then had to leave at 4 coz i had work at 5.

As long as you are holding onto the bar under IPF rules it's still counted as under control.
