Exclamation Callan's Powerlifting Journal - Time To Get Serious

after a poor start to my training, i thought i would start over hence the new log;

Name: Callan
Age: 15
Height: 175cm
Weight: 85kg

Best Current Lifts:
Back Squat 62.5 x10
Bench 65 x1
Deadlift 130 x1

My Goals: are to improve the above lifts and to gain overall strength

i plan on competing

this is my set up at home:

Military Press
(will be replaced by Bench Press when my bench arrives)
