You know what modo, no wonder you are angry all of the time. I would be to if I had to deal with that crap all of the time. If the area is so bad, would you look at moving? Somewhere that the gym isn't filled with macho roid rage and the members all have teeth? Obvious that Shepparton isn't good for your health. How can you work on your mental health when you are surrounded by such tossers? Best thing I ever did was move from the Barossa Valley. Felt like a massive weight had been lifted from my shoulders. No more small town expectations of what box I fitted into, nobody knew me, and the friends I made liked me for me, not who my family was or because of what group I supposedly fitted into.

ah bree so true... i am locked in a situation for the moment though. I figure I am young give it a couple more years i will be 25, i will still be young anyway, so for now i will grin and bear it. plus i got a few really cool tips from azza and kyle lol
but i know what you mean. people in smaller or rural cities expect people to be like certain stereotypes and when you dont live to that expectation they are either frightened, threatened or just think your stupid. Blah to them! lol

I moved at my first opportunity. Rule my parent's gave me was that I could only go interstate to study if I got into Law, so I did. Left at 17, did the same when I was 23 and upped and moved to Sydney because I couldn't deal with another freezing cold Canberra winter. Remember that you are never really locked in. If you absolutely want something, you find a way to do it. I'd just graduated from uni and was flat broke, but found a job in Sydney and an apartment in one weekend. Just like with training- just have to make sacrifices for results.

You are the "needs to get bigger to slap some bitches into their place" body type.

Just eat a metric shitload and keep working out hard, and it will happen.

I don't buy the body type thing, it's just too general and doesn't account for age, nationality, etc.. I fit in-between most of the time. To look at me know compared to a few years ago, you would classify me in a different category.

When I was a massive fatty (85kg, 155cm tall- not pretty), low carbing worked wonders and helped me shed 25kg. Now if I eat like that I get all sorts of weird side effects. These days I find that I have to have carbs and since I have introduced things like oats for breakfast instead of eggs and a wrap for lunch instead of steamed chicken and vegies, I eat less but have more strength and build more muscle. Reckon once my muscle started to outweigh my fat, needed to look at more readily available energy sources because I could/wanted to/needed to train harder and had more muscle to feed. So now, although my basic body type shouldn't have changed, an ectomorph diet works better, whereas previously a meso diet did.
