10.30AM - 1 serve brown rice, 100g green beans, 200g of chicken mince (lean mince) 1PM - 185g can of tuna slices in spring water 3.30Pm - 200g of chicken mince, 100g lettuce 5.45PM - evolve slow whey protein 6.30 trained SM Inclines 40Kg x 10 40Kg x 8 40kg x 8 40kg x 5 > 30kg x 5 > 20Kg x 5 BB bench Press 50Kg x 5 50Kg x 6 30Kg x 12 50Kg x 5 DB bench Press 55lbs x 10 60lbs x 5 50lbs x 8 Incline DB Flies 30lbs x 10 35lbs x 8 35lbs x 8 Machine Chest Press 80lbs x 10 80lbs x 10 90lbs x 8 20 min cardio on bike 8PM evolve slow whey with 1 tablespoon of anabolic fx carbs 11PM - was at cinema wit mate so missed out on food but had evolve slow whey protein in meals place workout tonight was all over shop... |

Looks good mate.
Hey when i go to cinemas i take a protein shake with me in a water bottle. I hate skipping meals.

Between the presses, front raises and upright rows the front delts are getting smashed. I would ditch one of them, probably the upright rows.

tonights training session went terribly wrong. part way through i was struggling for breath, i was still training to try to get through it. i couldnt continue, my lips were tingling, i had pins and needles in my hands, legs and hands and my legs were itchy, i struggled for breath and felt dizzy.
