I really wanna go to the gym to work out but i don't know if i should. Am i kicked out? Will I be taking legal action against them I just don't know.

I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the rowing machine 5 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 5 minutes on the stationary bike.

I've been stressed out lately. I have been to the gym a few times averageing about 2-3 times a week still doing cardio. I think I will switch to using a day to a page diary to make my notes on exercise.
