Getting better, I think you need to set up better. Chest up remember that always, when you set up, squat down, coming out of the hole all the time. Sit back more too, your pelvis should be dropping down between your hips. Lots of practice like Andy said, front squatting.

I am afraid now...

21-07-2010

Morning

Squats

BAR - 10 - 10 - 10

When I am doing squats with the bar I don't have any issues what so ever with my knees. They don't even crunch.

I'm gonna have to incorporate these front squats into my training. I wanna have a look on Youtube a bit for some instructions. I'll be adding them either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Your form looks very good.
I don't understand your reasoning for front squatting kindred.
When your knees "crunch" is there pain?

Be patient, you have plenty of time.
After a month...Very slowly add weight to the bar.
5kg at a time.
Don't lose form, when you get 3 sets of ten in good form increase the weight.
