In another thread i asked what would help my squat technique and someone said to do front squats. That is my reasoning behind adding them.

If you are not experiencing pain I would just stick with the back squat kindred.

To be honest I had no idea what hip thrust was until this morning when it seems I have started really driving my hips on the way up. I'm happy with that considering i didn't mean to do it in the first place.

My friends came over to work out we ended up mostly talking not much of a workout.

My knees felt really strange on the first set with the bar then they got their act together. I'm going to push my reps and sets up next session.

I'm getting a bit over confident with my squats. My form is slipping but the exercise seems to be getting easier now. I have decided Whilst I was practicing my form I would introduce deadlifts as I need to get better form with those as well.
