Started walking to the train station today. I will be keeping that up. Its about 3-5kms away I have no idea the exact distance.

2 minutes if that :P I havent been doing much weight wise as I have been landscaping my back garden. By landscaping I mean spreading out rocks. As I dont have a wheel barrow it is taking ages to do one ****ing shovel full at a time. I have also started climbing stairs at work. Im starting with using stairs instead of catching the lift and Im also walking up and down them on my lunch break. I will add going up and down before and after work. I have stopped walking to work because my area is full of ****ers that hate me. I still walk back because it is light out and there is enough traffic around to discourage the ****ers.

I love squats. The only problem with them is i need an intense warm up or i get knee pain. I just did 6 sets of a light weight and i still need to do more to warm up properly!

I had so much energy ystaday. Now im so drained!
I have a blister on the sole of my foot. I walked to work anyway.

I'm trying to stick to resistance training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Boxing on Tuesday and Thursday.
Getting my weight down is an insane battle. Was 147KG in Febuary 2010 now 136kg September 2010.
