I was doing them at the end of my routine on about 40kg IIRC so fatigue was def an issue, I might try them again, I just prefer dips/rope pull downs instead.

Thanks for the info on the rolling tricep extensions.

Any reason you are doing your compound move last for shoulders?

I wanted and indeed want to do them as supersets but will need to work up to that i guess.

I recommend drunken deadlifts I almost past out though. Thats why the drunken rows were so crap.

Perhaps a stronger man than i would have better luck. Its all mind over matter.

Or do some extra reps on left arm dumbell work.
