I got so ripped off when i went stateside. It was just after they got rid of supersized meals. I wanted super sized fries so bad!

I might have to lower barbell rows. I think I went up in weight too fast.

Yeah but Im cheating too much for my liking. With a little hip flick thing, its hard to explain. Basically i will do 3-4 with perfect form then the last 1 or 2 is crap. As far as form goes i have high standards. I dont want to end up the guy standing at the mirror using his whole body to do biceps curls if you know what I mean.
