Default Update 4 Weeks In

4 weeks in I am down to 102.8kg, started at 106.1. So a loss 3.3 kg in 4 weeks is not too bad and I'm still increasing in my lifts although it's getting real tough now to add weight every session.
Not using any fat burners or anything really apart from a home made concoction pre workout drink on B.A, Arginine, Creatine and Aminos with extra L-Leucine.

Also have switched to using Stevia as a sweetener in my 2-3 cups of coffee daily and cardio is still at a minimum. While I'm still losing I will keep cardio at 2 sessions per week. Once fat loss slows I will then up to 3-4 sessions max. If fat loss stalls again then I will look at reducing caloric intake. Currently still having one cheat meal per week but this may be axed soon. Cheat meal last week was a home made chicken burger with the works... Haven't had one this week yet.

I can already notice changes. I still have another 8-12 weeks.

nice work. keep the cheat meal, it will keep you sane.

here's an article if you missed it, it might give you some ideas on how to keep your body a fat burning furnace.

Just curious if you have tried decaf (in regards to cortisol) . Stevia is good shit Im going to start buying it online because it is pure as opposed to what you get in woolies.

Have you had any experience with L-carnitine? Might be good for you atm.

I'm using Stevia now but it does change the taste of the coffee but I'll persist.

I used L-Carntine in the liquid form quite a few years back, but I don't think I was consistant enough with diet to notice anything.

maybe give the lcarnitine a go?

Might be worth it especially at this stage.

Good your weights are increasing while your losing. especially since your on creatine atm.

Yeah but it's getting hard.

Have you any experience with L-Carnitine? I read Acetyl L-Carnitine is superior?
