How are you measuring your weight?

500grams can mean the difference between a drink piss ect ect.

I am not experienced enough yet with weight loss to be giving you expert advice. But i wouldnt be dropping too many calories. 200calories worth of protein does alot for your body.

In regards to supplimentaion it cant hurt, prices arnt through the roof especially with L-carnitine atm. U take like 500mg doses at a time i bleieve so that is sfa of a teaspoon.

I measure my weight every morning upon wakening after I empty the python.
If I were to drop 200cals it would not be protein. I would drop from carbs.

Drop all the carbs from your diet and start by having 1L of vegetable juice everyday. Have your meat, chicken, eggs, fish etc but drop all dairy products. Buy two adaptogenic teas, one from woolies, the other from a Korean shop. These two are Tulsi, from woolies and Korean Red Ginseng from a Korean shop. It has to be RED and not just your normal ginseng. Drink 2 of each with the RED in the morning and afternoon, whilst Tulsi in the evening and night. Have as much salad as you want. Introduce coconut oil into your diet (MCT) and also take DHA. Both of these fats will help you to burn fat. The MCT will boost your metabolism and help you burn your fat mass whilst giving you energy to burn (literally). But please do not buy that refined rubbish that comes in bottles and is in liquid form. True coconut oil has the consistency of peanut butter. It has to be cold pressed, extra virgin and unrefined and unscented. Try the above; you won't know yourself.

Are you doing any HIIT for 10 minutes each day? That = 10 seconds flat out (in whatever you choose) followed by 30 seconds of active recovery (slow walking). When all is said and done, the whole all out effort would come to a total of 2.5 minutes out of a total of 10 minutes. Your metabolism will get heated which I’m sure is just what the doctor ordered. No muscle loss will occur here due to the extreme short duration of the high intensity effort (2.5 minutes).

Take about a week to get everything organised and in place, put it down in writing before proceeding. That's it for now; all the best Adrian.

perhaps that is why. your body doesn't want to get rid of its fat, it will adapt to keep it, when it does you must force it to burn it.

Fadi.
I'm already virtually carb free except what is in green vegies. I'll look into the teas.
Thanks Fadi

Update

Down to 101.5kg (Started at 106.1) after a full 6 weeks. I reckon I need at least another 10 weeks before I get where i wanna be, somewhere around 94 or 92.

Here's a quick pic I snapped. Starting to see some definition in my shoulders. I realise now how much the 2 months off around Sept / Oct set me back. If I had not stopped training around that time I would be carrying at least 1-2kg more muscle and probably 2-3 kg less fat. Damn those Italian Pastries hahaha. Sorry poor lighting and bad hair day. hahahaha

Have a look at my thin wrists..Awesome.
